("Little by little the bird makes his nest.": A wonderful analogy to learning a second language. It takes time!)

Does your child need a little extra help?

I am happy to meet with any student who would like extra help on Tuesday afternoons after school until 3:00. It is helpful to know if anyone is planning to come as I like to be prepared with activities and there will be Tuesdays I have other commitments, such as staff meetings. Please feel free to contact me with any questions via e-mail (elindberg@faystonelementary.org) or by phone (496 - 5415).

French Cultural Events

French Soiree at Harwood Union H.S.

Friday, June 12th

Time:  TBA (probably around 6:30 or 7:00)

Free!

This is a celebration of French music and culture organized by Harwood's French department.  Professional singers will be performing as well as local students from area elementary schools and the high school.  Fayston students are encouraged to participate and attend.  If your child is interested in participating he/she should return the signed form I handed out on Tuesday, May 12th by Monday, May 18th.  Parents will need to transport their children to and from Harwood and supervise them when not on stage. Mrs. Adams and I will be working with students on songs they could sing.

These events seem far off but you might want to put them on your calendar now.
